Information you submit
Contact submissions may include your name, email address, Discord username, selected contact reason and message. Community Insider applications also request region, interests, experience, availability and affiliations.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to answer requests, investigate account issues, evaluate retailer suggestions, discuss partnerships and assess Community Insider applications.
Form processing
Web3Forms processes form submissions on behalf of Collectible Alerts when forms are enabled.
The contact form uses hCaptcha to detect automated submissions. hCaptcha processes information under its hCaptcha privacy policy and hCaptcha terms.
Retention and access
Information should be retained only while needed for the request, application, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Access should be limited to people responsible for support and insider review.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information through the contact page. Some records may be retained where legally required.
